Discovery Phase: Hingham Public Schools

While considering areas of improvement, it is extremely important to first understand the wants and needs of those directly involved in the day to day.

In and effort to better serve the Hingham community in regard to the district’s online presence and forms of communication, STACKR engaged with staff, students and residents over a two month period. The data collection process began with an online survey asking residents to share their feedback to better understand both user experiences and Hingham’s digital presence! With over 400 participants, the report was surely a great way to determine the best path forward to serve all audiences.
